  • Guided field experience: 5+ hours observing seasoned experts in action.
  • Continuous development: Regular refreshers and advanced modules keep GT Consultants ahead of global trends and industry developments.

And because training should be measurable, every consultant completes the Certified Destination Consultant Programme (CDCP) – the industry's only professional qualification that confirms their knowledge and skills against industry-wide benchmarks. The CDCP gives our clients additional confidence that every GT Consultant is fully equipped to deliver results, not just locally but to a global standard.
